SAILUN CAMBODIA HONORS OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES

Sailun Group Cambodia held a ceremony to recognize the achievements of outstanding employees on May 8. Present at the ceremony were Governor of Svay Rieng province Men Vibol, Director of National Engineering Research Center for Rubber and Tire and Honorary Chairman of Sailun Group Yuan Zhongxue, as well as Sailun Group Chairwoman Jane Liu and President Xie Xiaohong.

Speaking at the ceremony, Jane expressed her gratitude to the leaders and partners who supported and assisted with the construction of Sailun’s Cambodia factory. She said the commissioning of the factory was of great significance to Sailun as it represented a major part of the Group’s internationalization strategy. “Thanks to the synergistic advantages of NERCRAT’s supply chain, the Cambodian factory has the world’s first-class smart manufacturing equipment that uses high-performance materials to produce rubber tires, and it will offer global consumers better tire products and services in the future,” she said.

A number of outstanding Cambodian employees have emerged during the construction of the factory that coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic. “They’ve made outstanding contributions to the factory’s smooth operations by braving challenges and rising to the occasion,” Jane added. The recognition of 30 outstanding employees is not only an affirmation and encouragement of all Sailun staff’s dedication at the Cambodian factory, but also a representation of the company’s human-oriented corporate culture. More outstanding Cambodian employees will join Sailun and become top international talents.

Delivering his speech, Men Vibol congratulated Sailun on the completion of its factory in Cambodia. He thanked the company for investing and bringing advanced tire manufacturing technology to Cambodia.
