Sailun Group Continues Cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology
On July 8th, Qingdao University of Science & Technology held an inaugural meeting of the Polymer college alumni association. During the meeting, Sailun Group signed an Innovation Fund and Talents Cultivation Cooperation Agreement with the Polymer College of Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST).
The Headmaster of QUST Ma Xianglian, the Honorary Chairman of China Rubber Industry Association Fan Rende, the Dean of the QUST Polymer College Zong Chengzhong, Secretary Sun Hongguang, the GM of Sailun Group Human Resource Center Ding Feng, and HR Manager Yu Fen were all present at the signing ceremony. More than 300 teacher and student representatives witnessed this signing ceremony.
QUST is regarded as the Whampoa Military Academy of the rubber industry and cultivates a large quantity of talented specialists for the domestic rubber industry. This time, Sailun Group signed a 5 year cooperation agreement with the Polymer College which helps fund the “Polymer Practical Competition” (a national level competition guided by the Education Department) and will accelerate the development process of Polymer College’s talents cultivation plan
The signing of this agreement is not only the beginning of mutual cooperation, but also opens a new chapter of the cooperation between Sailun Group and QUST. The organization is also preparing agreements with the Qingdao University Business School and Taiyuan University of Technology’s College of Mechanics, which will lay a great foundation for attracting outstanding and specialized talent to the organization.
