Sailun's Vietnam TBR customer, Tires International JSC – headed by Dr. Dinh, invited 80 of their largest dealers over the weekend to attend this year’s 2018 Vietnam Dealer conference in Danang City.

The first day of the trip saw customer from both the North and the South meeting for the first time. They were whisked away to the Mercure French Village Bana Hills located on the top of one of the lush forested mountains in Danang. The village is a restoration of a previous French settlement created for high-ranking military leaders in the early 20th century.

The next day the entire group transferred over to their final destination - the luxurious Pullman Resort. In the afternoon, customers were invited to a meeting where they could interact with Sailun representatives directly. The subject for this year’s conference was “Support” where the visiting Sailun team, composed of engineers and sales team members, discussed Sailun products, support, and future growth opportunities. Vietnam is of great importance to Sailun as it is their newest home base for their strategic factory built within its borders.

That evening, Sailun and JSC held a joint gala dinner to recognize the support and hard work of customers throughout 2017, and give a little more of an informal night filled with prizes and games. During the dinner, Sailun International VP Samuel Zhou gave a speech reflecting on his time and interactions with Danang and the customers, while Dr. Dinh pronounced how proud he is to have such a large and loyal family within Sailun. Each customer was awarded with a dealer plaque while others were lucky enough to receive other valuable prizes through the lucky draw.

Sailun is committed to making Vietnam a major focus as it grows to be the best customer service and value product supplier within the global tire industry.
