SAILUN VIETNAM FACTORY AWARDS OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES
Sailun Vietnam held an awards ceremony to recognize outstanding employees at its manufacturing base in Tây Ninh province on April 28.In a video call, Sailun Group Chairman Yuan Zhongxue and Vice Chairman Liu Yanhua congratulated the award-winning employees and affirmed the achievements of the Vietnam manufacturing facility over the past year. They extended their gratitude to all employees of the manufacturing plant after rising to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
All employees of the Vietnam factory united to deal with the challenges of the fourth wave of COVID-19 that swept across Vietnam. The entire team took the lead in complying with the Vietnamese government’s “three on site” coronavirus control measures, while ensuring the orderly operations of the manufacturing facility and contributing to Sailun Group’s growth.
The employee recognition awards are not only meant to motivate the 200 outstanding staff, but also affirm the hard work of all employees at the Sailun manufacturing plant in Vietnam.
Creating value together with employees and reaping the benefits of growth are part of Sailun’s people-oriented corporate culture. A total of 500 motorcycles have been rewarded to outstanding staff since Sailun Vietnam held the employee recognition awards three years ago, creating a strong “motorcycle army” that attracted the attention of local residents.
