Product Testing
Sailun introduces advanced international tire testing equipment into the manufacturing process to ensure every tire shipped from the factory is 100% certified quality. Each tire undergoes strict inspection processes including outer visual inspection and dynamic balance and uniformity testing.
Process Management
QMC Evaluation System
QMC, or Quality Manufacturing Capability, is a set of process evaluation systems established for the tire industry and Sailun products in reference to the systems of advanced enterprises. Through the whole process evaluation system, including internal process audit, hierarchical audit, laws and regulations, and customer specific requirements, the manufacturing process is kept under control. This system embodies continuous improvement of Sailun processes, standards, and process control.

Historical Milestones
Sailun’s quality management systems have been certified by ISO9001 and IATF16949 and environmental management system ISO14001. In 2015, a group quality management system framework was established. In 2016, Sailun achieved unified group certification. In 2017, the system was substantially revised. In the first half of 2018, the revision was completed. In the second half of the year, the system was implemented, optimized, and improved.
