Sailun Tire has improved its ranking in Asia's 500 Most Influential Brands” list in 2020, jumping 43 places to occupy the 343rd position. The top 500 Asian brands were revealed during the World Brand Lab's 2020 Asia Brand Summit in Shanghai on September 22. This year's summit carries the theme, “Innovation Drives Brand Value and Corporate Growth”.

Sinotruk Group rolled out its all-new “Yellow River” heavy duty truck at its launch ceremony on September 16 at the Jinan Olympic Sports Center in Shandong province. The new generation of high-end heavy-duty trucks opens a new chapter for Sinotruk with its slogan, “Drive Yellow River truck and Steer into the Future”. This was not the only debut, with Sailun Tire also accompanying the launch with the debut of its newest S690 truck tire specifically developed for the “Yellow River” product series.

From August 29 to 30, Round 3 of the Russian Drift Series (RDS) took place in St. Petersburg. The first day held the solo run championship with Sailun Motorsport’s Arkadiy Tsaregradsev, from Fail Crew Darkside, scoring 97 points placing him in first.

Track News | Sailun Drift Team Seimi Tanaka Takes First for Solo Runs at Ebisu
On August 22, 2020, D1GP Round 2 took place at Ebisu’s Minami (South Circuit), Fukushima Prefecture. Over the last twenty years, Minami is the only race track used every D1GP season for the past 20 years, with only a few changes to the track. This means all D1GP drifters have a full understanding of this track with each having substantial performance records. The drifters’ true skill levels are at their peak here at Ebisu. Furthermore, in contrast with the competition opening at Okuibuki Motorpark, a small percentage of the audience could enter the site for closer observation, further pumping up the crowd.
