The Board of Directors, as the highest governing body with ultimate responsibility, oversees and makes decisions on sustainability-related issues, to ensure the alignment of our business strategy with our sustainability goals. The Board of Directors delegates authority to the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee to directly oversee the decision-making and overall management of sustainability-related issues.
