Great Place to Work

  • Labor Rights

    Labor Rights

We have established and continuously improved employment contract administration systems and have enacted the Child and Illegal Labor Policy. In adherence to the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and other international core conventions, we firmly prohibit the use of child labor and forced labor. We implement transparent recruitment processes and clear compensation standards for all categories of workers, including regular employees, interns, labor dispatch, and outsourced personnel. Furthermore, we have established a comprehensive management mechanism encompassing identity verification, background checks, and case reporting procedures to ensure full compliance.

  • Diversified Guarantee

    Diversified Guarantee

We have integrated the principle of diversity and equality into our recruitment and hiring mechanisms to prohibit discrimination based on race, gender, geographic origin, religion, and other factors. Additionally, we have formally outlined our commitments to employee equality in compensation, promotion, and other areas in our Employee Handbook. By 2024, all seven of our operational production bases have obtained SA8000 certification, which demonstrates our high standards in safeguarding employee rights and ensuring quality workplace conditions.

Occupational Health and Safety

We have established a systematic and standardized workplace safety management system. Our operating procedures and emergency response plans are clearly defined in frameworks such as the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Manual and the Regulations on Safety Production Rewards and Punishments. Furthermore, with the Safety Production Responsibility Assessment Regulations in place, complemented by a scientific evaluation mechanism, we implement multi-tiered safety target assessments on both monthly and annual bases.

By 2024, all seven of our operational production bases have obtained ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.

  • Employee Training

Through a series of management systems, including the Training Management Regulations, Internal Trainer Management Regulations, and Training Resource Management Regulations, we have standardized the division of training responsibilities, instructor development, and resource coordination. In strict adherence to the ISO 10015 standard, we implement closed-loop management encompassing needs analysis, planning, execution, and effectiveness evaluation. Additionally, we operate within a tiered and categorized training framework, comprised of three primary training systems—new employee training, professional line training, and management training. This framework allows us to provide targeted empowerment and comprehensive support for employee career development.

  • Employee Promotion

We have established a dual-pathway development system encompassing both management and professional positions, which is supported by an international job grading standard and an optimized four-dimensional job grade architecture comprising management and three professional tracks—technique/function/operation. On the basis of this multi-level job grade structure, we have formed a multi-dimensional promotion pathway to advance our strategic goals while empowering employees’ career progression.

  • Compensation Incentives

We have formulated the Regulations on Compensation Management and the Regulations on Compensation and Welfare Management for International Dispatched Personnel. Additionally, we have established a globally standardized compensation, reward and incentive management system. Within this framework, we implement a three-dimensional mechanism comprising fixed pay, performance-based variable pay, and equity incentives. This mechanism covers all employees and key positions and enables us to secure long-term talent retention.

  • Employee Benefits

We have formulated the Regulations on Employee Benefits Management and established an employee benefits system comprising statutory benefits and value-added incentives. While providing statutory benefits such as pension insurance and holiday benefits, we have introduced value-added incentives such as fully paid leave, flexible attendance policies, and diverse wellness programs. Our benefits system is designed for comprehensively enhancing employees' sense of fulfillment.

Social Impact

While pursuing robust operations and development, we remain committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities. Through continuous social investment, we strive to channel the fruits of our development back into the community.

With the aim of improving public welfare, alleviating poverty, undertaking charitable causes, and giving back to society, we focus our efforts on rural revitalization, educational support, disaster relief, and cultural and sports promotion, thereby driving positive social progress.

  • Rural Revitalization

In 2024, we made multiple purchases of specialty agricultural products from rural areas such as Longnan City in Gansu Province. This initiative aimed to help farmers in impoverished regions open up sales channels for the local produce and increase their income, while exploring a new, sustainable rural revitalization support model, which evolves from ""purchasing instead of donating"" to ""promoting production through purchasing"". In November 2024, Sailun Group joined the enterprise delegation organized by the Qingdao West Coast New Area Bureau of Industry and Information Technology for an inspection and exchange visit to Wudu District, Longnan City, Gansu Province. The delegation provided financial support to Wudu District and engaged in in-depth discussions on East-West collaborative development as well as cooperation in industry, technology, and other fields.

  • Educational Support

In 2024, Sailun Group partnered with Qingdao West Coast New Area Jinggangshan Road Primary School to launch the Tire Science Lecture Series.

In September 2024, Sailun Vietnam, as a representative Chinese-invested enterprises in Vietnam, joined the Consulate-General of China in Ho Chi Minh City, along with other Chinese companies and business associations, in making a donation to Can Tho Viet Hoa International School in Vietnam. Sailun Vietnam contributed VND200 million (Vietnamese Dong) to this initiative.

  • Disaster Relief

In October 2024, Sailun Vietnam Production Base raised VND390 million to support emergency response and post-disaster reconstruction efforts in northern Vietnam affected by severe flooding.

  • Cultural and Sports Promotion

In July 2024, we set up the Sailun Energy Station at the West Coast venue of the Qingdao International Beer Festival, where we intertwined tire culture with the hallmark beer culture of Qingdao through a series of gaming challenges and creative cultural activities.

In June 2024, we hosted the ""Sailun · EcoPoint³ Cup"" Table Tennis Open in Qingdao. The tournament was a team event with Open, Middle-aged, and Youth categories, attracting nearly 300 table tennis enthusiasts who formed over 70 teams. The tournament doubled as a rally to promote table tennis—China's national sport—and to cheer on the country's Olympic contenders.
