Business Ethics

We place a high priority on anti-corruption and the cultivation of a culture of integrity. We uphold business ethics and operate under a business philosophy grounded in integrity, probity, and compliance.

We build a robust system against corruption and unfair competition, and deploy a whistleblower protection mechanism to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of reporters.

  • Anti-Commercial Bribery and Anti-Corruption

We actively cultivate a culture of  integrity and compliance. Through centralized training and ongoing communication, we advocate for adherence to the Code of Business Conduct among all full-time employees, part-time staff, and outsourced personnel, to foster an ethical and upright environment.

In 2024, all employees and board members have received business ethics training. We have conducted seven warning and education sessions centered on  integrity-specific supervision. These sessions reached over 1,000 individuals, including all management personnel, heads of various business units, all staff members from the Procurement and Sales Centers, and new employees within their first three years of service.

  • Anti-Unfair Competition

We promote fair competition and prevent unethical practices through measures such as customer information reviews and contract compliance checks. We utilize our marketing system to conduct background checks on customers, with our internal team verifying the information. Additionally, we employ a contract lifecycle management system to conduct rigorous review of agreements and ensure lawful, compliant business activities.

To foster an environment of fair competition, we strictly prohibit employees from engaging in any form of unfair competition, including but not limited to, entering into or involving in agreements with competitors to restrict the supply of certain products or services.

  • Violation Whistleblowing

We provide accessible and effective reporting and complaint channels, which we believe are essential to our fulfillment of social responsibility. Our reporting channels include an online reporting portal, dedicated email, hotline, and postal mail, through which we receive reports and tips from employees and partners regarding unethical business conduct around the clock. These reporting channels are published on our website and promoted to all staff through internal communication software and bulletin boards. We clearly define the principles of our reporting and complaint mechanism and strive to build an efficient, transparent, and impartial system.
To encourage reporting and safeguard the privacy of whistleblowers, we implement strict confidentiality measures, including limiting the number of personnel with access to case information and designating specialized officers to manage all reports, thereby protecting whistleblowers' privacy and rights. We will apply the strictest measures against any retaliation towards whistleblowers, and will hold those responsible fully accountable.
