Learning & Development Academy

Sailun Learning & Development Academy (“Sailun L&D Academy”) was established on November 18, 2020. It is a talent and learning development organization centered on embedding corporate culture, enabling business collaboration, promoting talent growth, and driving organizational innovation, with the ultimate goal of supporting the Group’s sustainable development and achieving its strategic vision.
Sailun L&D Academy operates two campuses—the Headquarters Training Base and the Huangdao Training Base. It offers learning and development programs across the Management, Technical, Professional and Operation Series. Guided by the core values of Customer-Centric, Result-Oriented, Highest Standards, Continuous Improvement, Sailun L&D Academy not only provides a solid talent foundation for Sailun Group’s growth but also paves the way for the career development of every Sailun people.
