On the morning of September 9, 2025 (Beijing time), the groundbreaking ceremony for the key autumn project in Tiexi District, Shenyang City, and the project of Sailun Xin He Ping with an annual production capacity of 3.3 million all-steel radial tires and 20,000 tons of off-road tires, was held.

Liu Hanjun, General Manager of Sailun (Shenyang) Tire Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of the company. He stated that the Xin He Ping project has a total investment of nearly CNY 2 billion and will be developed into an intelligent production base capable of producing 3.3 million all-steel radial tires and 20,000 tons of off-road tires annually. Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate an annual output value exceeding CNY 3.2 billion and create employment opportunities for over a thousand people.
