As the world’s first colored sidewall tire to seamlessly blend Eastern aesthetics with cutting-edge tire technology, the new series made a dazzling debut, marking Sailun’s bold move into a new era of design-driven performance.

The launch event brought fashion and innovation together in an immersive showcase. Seven vibrant vehicles equipped with the EcoPoint³ Tires Vogue Series formed a flowing “rainbow bridge.” In the vintage car display, classic models like the Ford Thunderbird and Cadillac Eldorado stood in quiet contrast, evoking the depth of automotive history. Floral installations added natural elegance, live music brought a lively rhythm, and models dressed in trendy streetwear showcased the colorful sidewalls in motion. Every detail in the venue reflected the brand’s dedication to trendsetting design, transforming the space into a true celebration of color.

“Tires are like a car’s shoes. In an age where self-expression matters, drivers want more than just plain black rubber. Meeting those expectations is what drives our innovation,” said Jane Liu, Chairwoman of Sailun Group, during the event. With that, Sailun officially unveiled its revolutionary EcoPoint³ Tires Vogue Series, a product designed to deliver both looks and performance.

Drawing inspiration from the color philosophy of traditional Chinese aesthetics and guided by extensive consumer research, the series introduces seven refined colors. These vibrant highlights are paired with Sailun’s exclusive Ink-Black sidewall process. Crafted with high-precision laser etching, the intricate sidewall textures create a sharp contrast with the colorful sidewalls, showcasing the sophistication of Eastern-inspired design.

The Vogue Series is the result of a long-standing partnership between Sailun and Vogue Tire, a century-old premium brand renowned for its iconic gold-stripe tires, strict manufacturing standards, and superior quality. Sailun has been Vogue Tire’s exclusive global production partner for over a decade. This collaboration brings the best of both brands together to launch a tire that delivers style, substance, and a new kind of driving experience.

Developing colored sidewall tires comes with high technical barriers. Differences in pigment and rubber chemistry make compatibility a major challenge, each hue had to go through hundreds of adjustments to reach its final finish. To ensure colors remain bold and stable over time, Sailun adopted non-bleeding, heat- and UV-resistant materials. After thousands of lab tests and long-term validation, the R&D team created a proprietary compound. The production process also relies on highly precise equipment, elevated craftsmanship standards, and strict quality control to ensure each color stays vivid and lasting. After more than a decade of dedicated research, Sailun now holds eight patents related to this innovation.

Beyond its visual appeal, the EcoPoint³ Tires Vogue Series inherits the performance legacy of the EcoPoint³ Tires utilizing EcoPoint³ technology, delivering better fuel efficiency, improved safety, and enhanced wear resistance. It also features several of Sailun’s proprietary technologies: ARMOR SEAL, a self-sealing gel that instantly envelops punctures to prevent air loss, acting like armor for the road; SILENT TREAD, an acoustic foam that reduces internal noise by up to 9 decibels; and embedded RFID chips, giving each tire a unique digital identity to enable smart traceability throughout its lifecycle.
