June 1st, 2025 – Sailun TERRAMAX RT off-road tires drove Great Wall Motors (GWM) to multiple championship titles at the grueling 2025 Takhlimakan Rally, Asia’s premier off-road event known as the "Dakar of the East", showcasing Chinese tire technology's extreme-terrain capabilities.

The Takhlimakan Rally challenges competitors with its extreme endurance demands and varied terrain – crossing deserts (65% of total distance), Gobi wastelands, and canyons. This rally serves as both a global off-road showcase and ultimate proving ground for automotive resilience.

The Sailun TERRAMAX RT propelled GWM to a historic quadruple crown: the T2.E New Energy Manufacturer Team Championship, T2.1 Production Fuel Vehicle title, 1-2-3 sweep in Manufacturer Team Cup T2.1, and dual T2 Driver's Podium finishes (2nd & 3rd).
